I am living in Darwin for over 13 years as a contemporary artist. I have been
enjoying all Artist activities with local artists for long times. Through my creation,
I have been exchanged between the Japanese and Australian culture. Currently my
Artist activities are going around the world.
My art work has been based
on the feminine subconscious mind and its relationships to Japanese culture especially
Buddhism and contemporary installation art. Use medium are fiber materials such
as a bamboo, textile and washi (Japanese paper) and Japanese inks. I have realized
all my thoughts and creation were from my experience through life, as well as
being passed down subconsciously from when Buddhism was central of Asian minds.
Nowadays the terrible events occurring in the world, people have forgotten
how precious life is. I am considering deeply about human life. So I would like
to pass this message through my art work. "How should I, as human exist in life?"
