Gravity Feed

Formed in 1992, Gravity Feed has evolved a unique architectural performance-theatre, employing large sets to create potent, subversive and densely atmospheric events. Their haunting body of work employs movement, objects, sound, light, video and audience as equal elements. The ensemble comprises seven men from diverse backgrounds, cultures and interests and draws on their wide-ranging repertoire; from new media, sound & performance arts, video & photography, philosophy, law, engineering, dance, yoga, mime, Butoh & Suzuki technique, to complementary health practices and education. The tensions and synergies between their disciplines fuels the collaborative creative process in an intellectually lively and volatile dynamic.

For an audience, Gravity Feed's work provides a unique, refreshing, thought-provoking and challenging experience.
